A heady mix of baggy, rock and psychedelia, The Music made quite an impact even if half of Britain just assumed they were from Manchester. As if! The Music were actually from Kippax in East Leeds and during their twelve years together had 3 Top 20 albums. Great band name. Great album title. This panel is positioned opposite the pedestrian entrance to Woodhouse Lane carpark so it’s the first thing you see when you leave your car and walk towards the city centre.
